About the Journal

The Journal of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro is a scientific journal of the Faculty of Law in Podgorica, published for 38 years. The journal is issued annually, in at least one volume, and publishes peer-reviewed scientific and professional papers from all areas of law, as well as related social sciences.

The Journal of the Faculty of Law is the leading legal journal in Montenegro, with a tradition of nearly four decades, aimed at advancing legal scholarship and contributing to public and professional debate on key legal issues.

Collection of papers – Part I (Jean Monnet Chair in Law of the EU Internal Market: “Montenegro's new platform for the European Union: 2024-2034:  Responsible, digitized and green”)

We are pleased to inform you that a new issue of University of Montenegro Law Journal is available.

The Collection is the result of the work of the International Scientific Conference "New Platform of Montenegro for the European Union: 2024-2034 - Responsible, Digitalized and Green", which was organized by the Faculty of Law on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Montenegro, and under the auspices of the Jean Monnet Chair in Law of the EU Internal Market (CLEUIM). The International Scientific Conference was held on 26-27 September 2024 and hosted both domestic authors and numerous guests from the region.

The papers presented at the International Conference will be published in two separate issues of the Proceedings of the Faculty of Law, and 11 papers are available in the first issue, as follows:
